Montepaolo is an agriturismo: its cuisine is born from a direct relationship with the land around it (the vegetable garden, the estate’s olive groves, small local producers) and showcases traditional Apulian dishes reinterpreted with a contemporary twist.
Not just one restaurant, but several places to sit down and eat, each with its own moment of the day and of celebration.
The restaurant, every day
The in-house restaurant, with its pergola overlooking the entrance courtyard, accompanies your stay at every moment of the day: the breakfast buffet with homemade cakes, bread and jams, eggs, cured meats and cheeses, and fresh fruit; a light lunch out of the sun, with a lovely view of the outdoor spaces; and in the evening, à la carte dinner or a pizza baked in the wood-fired oven.
The Masseria's Pizzeria
The Masseria’s Pizzeria is born from the meeting of the area’s genuine produce and the art of pizza-making.
A welcoming place where carefully selected ingredients, quality flours and local produce are transformed into creations with an authentic taste, baked in keeping with the finest tradition.
Immersed in the unique atmosphere of Masseria Montepaolo, the pizzeria offers an experience that goes beyond a simple meal: a moment of sharing, conviviality and discovery of the flavours of our land. Every pizza tells a story of passion, research and respect for local excellence, offering guests a genuine and memorable culinary journey.

Lemon Garden
The Masseria’s outdoor dining area, open in the evenings during the summer.

Winter Garden
The Masseria’s large air-conditioned banqueting hall, with large windows overlooking the English-style lawn and views of the pool: the Winter Garden, for up to 170 guests. It is the hall for ceremonies, private parties and corporate events, and the only indoor space for wedding receptions.
Olii e sott'oli
In the outermost part of the garden, away from the guest rooms, a large lawn with long rustic wooden tables, benches made of planks on hay bales and hanging string lights: country tradition brought to the table. It regularly hosts informal country parties with live music and traditional dishes, also open to the local community and outside guests. The same space is available for private hire for events on request.
