Four centuries of history, nestled among the olive trees of Puglia

Masseria Montepaolo is a 16th-century historic residence in the heart of the Laghi di Conversano Nature Reserve, in Puglia. A place where the history of the Acquaviva d’Aragona family meets the olive groves we still tend today.

Offer of the month

A 16th-century hunting lodge, guardian of authentic stories

In the 16th century it was the hunting lodge of the Acquaviva d’Aragona family. Today it still stands on the same hillock overlooking a karst sinkhole, among centuries-old olive groves, almond orchards and Mediterranean scrub, within the Laghi di Conversano Nature Reserve, an area protected by the WWF.

Dining at the Masseria

Apulian flavours, in every corner of the Masseria

The restaurant at Masseria Montepaolo, in the main building, brings the vegetable garden, the countryside, small local producers and traditional Apulian recipes to the table: breakfast, light lunch and à la carte dinner, with summer evenings moving out to the Lemon Garden.

For ceremonies and parties, dining also extends to the Winter Garden and the Oil and Preserves corner, our spaces dedicated to events.
